BRS glitch check/tag
Checks that two or more of three specified BRS channels exceeds a threshold value and, if so, creates a BRS_GLITCH tag and plots the relevant channels (does this for each end station).

I couldn't find a BRS glitching example in the LLO alog, but I have verified that the channel names are the same. They will have to decide if their glitch threshold needs to be different than the current value.
