first pass at mapping-based precompute
Added mapping based arguments for more "passive" precompute. Backwards compatible now, but I will updated the actual "precomp" functions and noise calculations to use the precompute output structs.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
