AD for burnin (mostly)

Katerina Chatziioannou requested to merge katerina.chatziioannou/bayeswave:master into master

Couple of small changes:

  1. Compute and print out the AD of the burnin PSD, using the median residuals, and
  2. Print out more info around the "PSD outside the prior" error.
