Adding verbose options to megaplot including extra cornerplots. Changed...

Basically only updates to megaplot. Added full spectra plot on combined pages. Added verbose options so multiple temperature chains can be plotted when --verbose is called.

Changed cornerplots to scatterplots instead of contour plots, changed chains to be scatterplots instead of plots. Fixed a bug in megaplot that caused it to crash when there was no injection.
