Adding Nthreads option to bayeswave_pipe

It will complain if Nthreads>Nchains and warn you for not using it

Also added checks to make sure PSDlen == seglen and that cleanframe requests memory

Fixed (apparently) existing segfault from allocating 2 (instead of 3) memory for length 2 string.

Thanks Sophie. One request: can you put - gcc_linux-64 back in the yaml file? I think openmp actually needs gcc, or at least I couldn't get it to compile with clang on my laptop

I took it out because gcc_linux assumes that you have a linux based machine. When I tried to use the yaml on OSX it failed. I believe it should be installed already on linux machines since we have c-compiler specified.
