Updating container names for publication in CI script

This is an overhaul of the continuous integration (CI) script. Some time ago, the rules for publishing docker containers to cvmfs changed. This change ensures that we push a "production" singularity image based on the "stable" git branch and a "latest" singularity image based on the master branch.
