Implements automated burn-in cuts for emcee

Nice! Is there any chance of getting an autocorrelation estimate for dynesty? If you think that's outside the scope of this MR, I'm happy to merge now.

Actually, we should leave making changes to dynesty to a separate branch. @gregory.ashton, if you resolve the conflict, I'll merge this in.
