Fixes the scheduled tests

• Make the test case generate samples from the prior
• Force the marginalized likelihood test to use fixed m1 and m2 to ensure no samples are generated with the wrong ordering
• Remove pipenv

• Reinstate the "on-schedule" commands to make it only run on scheduled (removed for testing)

The sheduleds tests where previously failing because during the reconstruction of the marginalized-likelihood example there where m2 > m1 values generated. The ultimate fix is to not have this fail so dramatically (!400 (merged)), but this will solve the issue in the near-term.
