Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This MR makes minor changes to the bilby_result CLI so that if merging files you can specify that they are gzipped or output to a HDF5 file.
