Fix hyper PE example

Sylvia Biscoveanu requested to merge sylvia.biscoveanu/bilby:fix_hyper_pe_example into master

The hyper_parameter_example.py was failing after updates to the hyper module and needed updating. This fixes bugs so that the example runs and produces sensible outputs.
