Remove the autoburnin causing kombine to fail the CI tests

In #585 (closed), it is noted that recent updates to scipy cause breaking incompatibility with kombines autoburnin method. To unblock bilby development, this MR removes testing of the autoburnin aspect of kombine temporarily.
