Precomputed calibration

Colm Talbot requested to merge precomputed-calibration into master

To take advantage of bilby!1215 (merged), I added an option to use the precomputed calibration model.

This doesn't currently support directly passing the lookup file, that should be added later.

Unfortunately, I had issues with the pre-commits that meant I had to update black and so there are some random line removals, apologies.
