This fixes #276 (closed). @colm.talbot @aaron.zimmerman This MR slightly tunes the chirp mass boundaries so that this passes checks of priors.validate_prior. This also disables the prior checks so that online PE will never fail due to potential future updates on the duration check. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
