A collection of minor adjustments

• Adds a warning to the bilby_pipe call that will highlight unrecognised arguments (Closes #78 (closed))
• Writes a complete config file to the outdir (Closes #23 (closed))
• Update the distance lookup tables following (bilby!493 (merged))
• Fix the review script outdir and labels and add injections for the 4s and high_mass prior
• Fix a bug in the sampling frequency power of 2 check
• Fix default sampling frequency to 4096Hz
