Adds a warning to the bilby_pipe call that will highlight unrecognised arguments (Closes #78 (closed))
Writes a complete config file to the outdir (Closes #23 (closed))
Update the distance lookup tables following (bilby!493 (merged))
Fix the review script outdir and labels and add injections for the 4s and high_mass prior
Fix a bug in the sampling frequency power of 2 check
Fix default sampling frequency to 4096Hz
