Remove gracedb option from bilby_pipe
Completes part of #80 (closed)
Removes --gracedb and gracedb-url flags from bilby_pipe, these are now in bilby_pipe_gracedb
Removes X509 checking, this is now used in bilby_pipe_gracedb
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
