Since O3 we added the capability to marginalize over the geocenter time using the ROQ likelihood.
CI unit testing
As for the regular likelihood, we verify that the marginalized likelihoods agree with a version that is numerically integrated over 1000 points covering the prior domain to within a difference in log-likelihood of 0.5.
