Fix test to make sure AUTHORS is correctly formatted (!1209 (merged)):

Set executable bit for gnuscripts/cleanup_mailmap_entries
Add missing entries to .mailmap
Fix check-AUTHORS test in gnuscripts/lalsuite_library_top.am for out-of-source-tree and from-tarball builds
