address frequency band bug in MFDv5 --noiseSFTs

Description

• triggered by !1728 (merged)
• fixes #516 (closed)
• test script missed this because --fmin --Band options were inherited by --noiseSFTs commandline -> now exposed, CI on first commit should fail
• haven't checked MFDv4 yet
• solution?
• @karl-wette feel free to push to this branch if you have time for a quick fix
