Add test for lalapps_DriveHoughMulti and lalapps_HierarchicalSearch

Description

Detailed description of the changes, why they are being made, etc... Also indicate appropriate tickets and tests that have been run to determine that the changes work as intended and do not introduce other problems.

Follow-up on #329 (closed)

  • minimal test script for Hough/lalapps_DriveHoughMulti based on the example above #329 (closed) (comment 193322) (the allsky reduction isn't even necessary, as it already takes only 1 second)
  • same approach for HoughFstat/lalapps_HierarchicalSearch
  • mark the other (helper) executables under Hough/ as "not installed", since they haven't been used in any recent searches
