hwinject.c: call LALCheckMemoryLeaks(), show message before clean exit

Description

While attempting to debug #689 (closed) I noticed that lalpulsar_hwinject doesn't check for LAL memory leaks with LALCheckMemoryLeaks(). Adding such a check still doesn't find any leaks (at least from running make check) but nevertheless it seems prudent to add it.

Also print a message when lalpulsar_hwinject shuts down cleanly.
