Allow for the Jensen Shannon method to accept different kde classes

The purpose of this MR is to allow for the user to specify the which kde class they wish to use when working out the Jensen Shannon divergence.

The CI is expected to fail for the Bilby consequences job because of bilby#489 (closed). However, if the CI passes for all other jobs, this is ready to be merged (subject to passing review).
