Fixed logger debug and removed erroneous power of two from JS calculation found in MR !347 (merged).

Also want to pass the disable_prior_conversion=True or disable_prior=True to the read function so the final_spin, peak_luminosity etc quantities are not calculated for the bilby result files. This requires !349 (merged) to be merged
