Omicron will need to scan two areas -- "online" and "storage" -- at EGO for O4 (and beyond)

As the plan for O4 (and beyond) is to have Omicron triggers written in low-latency in a dedicated "online" area before being moved later to a storage area ("prod" or "archive"), Omicron will have to scan both areas at EGO to make sure "mixed queries" pointing to triggers partly stored in the online area and partly in the storage area at the time of the query will work.
