GWCelery issues with AWS implementation of GraceDB

    GWCelery has been seeing a few new errors since we moved the service to the AWS cloud:

    • SSLEOFError: Problem establishing secure connection: EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:777): link
    • SSLError [SSL: SSL_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE] ssl handshake failure (_ssl.c:2217): link
    • ConnectionResetError [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer: link
