ConnectionReset error for some clients

GWCelelry saw two ConnectionReset errors to gracedb-playground (see Sentry issue here). The error looks like

ConnectionResetError
[Errno 104] Connection reset by peer

changed weight to 8

Both instances of this error occurred on March 6, around 8:52 UTC, within 10 seconds of each other, when trying to access gracedb-playground. I am tempted to write this off as a transient connectivity issue.
