removed the likelihood matrix calculation within the likelihood function, and instead use a loop in the post-processing script

Constraints to Uniform priors.
The original contraints caused the tutorial to fail when sampling
began.

Fixed EOSFamily bug that increased evaluation time and added ability to choose units when plotting the EOS/Family.

 - the australian_detector.py example is broken with the current
   implementation of pygwinc due to the removal of the noise_calc
   function. This fixes that problem and a couple of other minor
   issues
