Ed Maros requested to merge ed-maros/nds2-client:movefiles into master

Moved nds_swig.hh to SWIG distribution (Fixes #44 (closed)). All references to it in the base distribution have been removed.

Integrated nds_str_helper.hh into nds_channel.hh and nds_str_helper.cc into nds_channel.cc (Fixes #35 (closed)). Eliminated all inclusions of nds_str_helper.hh from code base.
