Allow locklosses at LHO from X->3(LOCKLOSS_DRMI)->2(LOCKLOSS) to be marked as locklosses from X, when previously they would be marked as locklosses from 3; tags these locklosses as FAST_DRMI

Swap out the way that we grab data for the DARM plot to hopefully mitigate the issue with grabbing data soon after a LL happens

changed order of when te darm plot gets made to make sure we have access to the data and that we make more important plots first

Trying this swap in how we grab data in darm.py to see if it will grab the data this way. if/else statement in data.py frame_fetch_gwpy() was swapped back to only have frametype = ifo_R since we know we cant use TimeseriesDict.find for getting data from calib strain this soon after a LL

Added alternate PI channels for LHO, and added ifo conditionals into config.py for PIs

Moved around PI_CHANNELS in config.py so they are made using PI_DICT so they dont take up so much space. in pi.py, I changed the plotting of the top two plots to have a small loop since we plot the exact same thing twice and later on just change the x-axis. I also changed the labels for the top two plots so that they display both the channel name and the frequency of the data in that channel that is being plotted

Added in alternate PI channels for H1 to watch and plot. Channels and threshold values have been added to config.py according to ifo
