Allowing better display for injection plot 's frequency
The issue was that for injection with a fixed frequency, max/min = 1 would lead to a log(1) = 0 as a frequency bandwith for the plot which does not display
Fixed by adding 1.1 multiplier
We will be having an extended maintenance of https://git.ligo.org, https://containers.ligo.org, and https://docs.ligo.org on 7 May 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT and lasting for three to four hours.
