What?

This MR marks the point where 0.5.5 is released.

!121 (merged): Fixes a bilby_pipe bug with frame files
!118 (merged): Fixes a bug with bayeswave psds
!122 (merged): Allows bayeswave postprocessing disk request to be changed
!123 (merged): Allows frames types to be specified in bilby_pipe; moves location of distance marginalisation lookup table.
